Booking & Appointments

• Appointments are recommended to secure your preferred time and stylist. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. This deposit will go toward your final service cost.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service.

 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit and require a new deposit for future bookings.

 Payment & Refunds

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (depending on availability).
• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once the service is completed.
• If you experience any issues with your style, please notify us within 48 hours for a possible adjustment.
