We accept walk-ins, but appointments are recommended for faster service.
Booking & Appointments
- Appointments are recommended to secure your preferred time and stylist. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
- A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. This deposit will go toward your final service cost.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit and require a new deposit for future bookings.

Payment & Refunds
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (depending on availability).
- All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once the service is completed.
- If you experience any issues with your style, please notify us within 48 hours for a possible adjustment.
